Seeing a psychologist is an investment in your own peace of mind and the success of your relationships. We all have aspects of ourselves or our lives that we struggle with from time to time. By learning to understand and manage our own feelings and thoughts, we can stop struggling and start changing. 

I saw a psychologist myself when I realised I was not coping with my mother’s declining health. The psychologist used emotion focused therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help me better understand the complex emotions that arose during that difficult time. I found EFT so powerful that I went on to study it and incorporate it into my own practice.

I work with adult clients on a wide range of issues including those listed here. 

If you have an issue with which I have little experience, I can help you find a psychologist with the expertise you need. Unfortunately, I don’t work with children, adolescents, families or couples.
