What does a session cost?

A 55-minute session is $175. You may also be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have a mental health plan from a GP. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Client's will be subject to the full charge of a session if they provide less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Is our session confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a very important ethical issue for all psychologists.

How many sessions will I need? 

That can be difficult to assess up front, and it's better assessed in person after a few sessions together. Some people only need a few sessions to deal with a specific issue, while other people find that the therapeutic process uncovers issues that they want to work through in longer-term therapy.

What sort of therapy do you provide?

I use a range of approaches. If you are interested in a particular modality, let’s discuss it. 

Do you work with children, adolescents, families or couples?

I work only with individuals aged 18 and older.
